Specialty Clinics are designed to help swimmers strengthen key competitive swim skills in a focused, small-group environment. Each 45-minute clinic will concentrate on one specific skill or stroke, allowing swimmers to receive individualized instruction, technique correction, and repetition–based practice. 

These clinics are perfect for swimmers looking to improve efficiency, build confidence, refine technique, and gain extra practice outside of our regular team workouts. Whether your swimmer is learning the fundamentals or working to sharpen competitive skills, these sessions provide targeted coaching in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
